Fix it – We rapidly renovate and repair homes so they are in “move in ready condition.”
Sell it – Once issues are addressed we sell the investments to first time home buyers and long term investors. Our average hold period has been under 90 days. Between 2010 and 2014 we sold more than $50 million in assets.

Buy it–We acquire quality income producing assets at discounts to market value.
Fix it – We rapidly renovate and repair properties so they are in “rent ready condition.”
Rent it – Once issues are addressed we place the assets in our portfolio for long term cash-flow
